Consolidated Abstract Company was formed in 1952. Our licensed and experienced abstractors and closing agents have provided abstracting and title services continuously for over 55 years.
Consolidated Abstract Company is the successor to all records held by other title companies up until 1952. Today we remain the largest and only title company with a complete title plant in Becker County. Our records span as far back as the original land patents and continue through the decades to present day transactions. Our in house tract records and advanced technology allows us to process your title requests quickly. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include Otter Tail, Wadena, Mahnomen, and Clay Counties.
Becker County Title Services was formed in 1986 to provide residential and commercial real estate closing services. Additional services include 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions and construction disbursement and inspections.
Becker County Title Services shares offices with Consolidated Abstract Company in Detroit Lakes. The integration of these two companies provides efficiency and exceptional customer service.
In addition to our dedicated and professional closers, abstractors and support staff, we carry fidelity and errors & omissions insurance.
